Few have the dollars to employ a full time administrator with the experience necessary to sort this out! We tend to go in 2 diametrical directions. One is to overcomplicate things and it gets way too hard to continue and the other is to have no set systems to processes. This leads to a serious level of confusion. I help to teach you the best way to organise the day-to-day paper and computer filing and then support you only when you need assistance or have a question. My experience is in general office administration, specialising in simple systems, bookkeeping background, databases and data entry.
